Noodles with ginger

INGREDIENTS
  • 250 gr. noodles
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the noodles in boiling water according to the package instructions. After boiling, strain them.

Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper, green onions and coriander

Pour over the cooked noodles and mix.
