INGREDIENTS
  • 1 low fat yogurt
  • 100% fresh fruit juice of your choice; orange, apple, etc.
  • 1 ½ cup of frozen fruits of your choice; banana, blueberry, raspberry, apricot and pineapple

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the yogurt with the fruit juice until smooth.

Gradually add the fruits and blend.
