- 4 apricots
- 1 low-fat peach-flavored yogurt
- 5 frozen strawberries
- ½ glass of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 dose of vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the fruit into small pieces.
Put all the ingredients in the blender.
We beat them until they are homogenized.
Add a little water if you want the mixture to be more fluid.
