Apricot smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 apricots
  • 1 low-fat peach-flavored yogurt
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • ½ glass of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 dose of vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the fruit into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients in the blender.

We beat them until they are homogenized.

Add a little water if you want the mixture to be more fluid.
