- 180 gr. tahini or tahini with cocoa
- 70 gr. carob honey
- 140 g oat flakes
- 20 gr. unsalted pistachios
- 20 gr. cashews
- 30 gr. cranberry
- 20 gr. Goji Berry
- alternatively instead of carob honey: 80 g. honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Crush all the nuts (be careful not to turn them into powder).
Chop the cranberries and the goji berry.
Grind half the oats in the food processor.
Mix the tahini with the carob honey for a while until they are combined.
Mix the rest of the ingredients with a spoon.
Mix the two mixtures of dry and wet ingredients.
We shape the mixture with our hands because it is now quite firm.
We spread the mixture in a pan that we have lined with transparent film, enough to cover the mixture from above.
Cover and leave in the fridge for about 4 hours to harden.
When we take it out, we cut it in the shape of our choice (rectangles, squares, etc.).
We store the bars wrapped in film so that they do not come into contact with the air and dry out.
