Homemade coconut granola

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 3/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 cups of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of sugarless coconut flakes
  • 3/4 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven at 180C.

In a large bowl mix the olive oil, the maple syrup, the sugar and the salt. Then, add the oatmeal, the coconut, the sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Mix.

Spread the mixture on a baking dish and cover with baking paper.

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, mixing every 15 minutes.

Let it cool down completely before you serve.
