INGREDIENTS
- 1 small Arabic pitta bread
- 1 slice of sliced smoked turkey or diced cooked chicken
- 3 spoons of tomato sauce
- Fresh mozzarella
- Mushrooms
- Fresh vegetables
- Basil
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread all of the ingredients on the pitta bread and bake it in the oven at 180C for 10 to 20 minutes.
