Lenten cookies with cocoa and tahini

INGREDIENTS
  • 60 gr margarine
  • 150 gr olive oil
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 550 gr flour
  • 100 gr tahini with cacao
  • 100 gr sesame
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven at 180 C.

In mixer beat the margarine with the olive oil and the sugar for 3 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and keep beating the mixture. When the dough is ready, remove it from the mixer and shape the cookies.

Bake for 20 minutes.
