Banana cream (gluten free/sugar free)

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 box of coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat the eggs in a blender. Add the bananas, the coconut milk and stir.

Heat the mixture in a bain-mairie bowl for 45 minutes.

Let it cooldown, share it into small bowls and refrigerate.
