Yogurt cream with chocolate

INGREDIENTS
  • 200 gr. couverture with 50%-55% cocoa, finely chopped
  • 300 gr. strained yogurt with 10% fat
  • 100 gr. fresh, whole milk
  • 50 gr. honey
  • 1 pc. orange, the zest

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the milk together with the honey and orange zest and pour them into the chopped couverture.

Stir with a spoon to melt the chocolate.

Add the yogurt, continue mixing. When it is ready, fill individual bowls.

Leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to harden
