Mushroom pasta

INGREDIENTS
  • 250 gr of chopped pleurotus mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 3 cloves of garlic -smashed
  • 250 gr pasta
  • 3 tablespoons of spearmint
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 lemon or 1 orange zest

INSTRUCTIONS

In a frying pan, add the mushrooms, the mustard, the garlic and the olive oil. Sauté the mushrooms until they soften and then remove them from the pan.

Boil the pasta and then strain them. Mix them with the mushrooms, the spearmint and the lemon or orange zest.
