Smoothie with peach and raspberries

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 peach
  • ½ cup of tea (fresh or frozen) blueberries
  • 1 small (ripe) frozen banana
  • ½ glass of light cranberry juice
  • 1 yogurt 0-2% fat

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the fruit into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients in the blender.

We beat them until they are homogenized.

Add a little water if you want the mixture to be more fluid.
