INGREDIENTS
- 3 leaves of baby spinach
- 1 pear
- 3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons of raisins
- 3 tablespoons of toasted walnuts
- 60gr of cottage cheese
For the vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl add the spinach leaves, the diced pear and the rest of the ingredients. Mix all the ingredients with the vinaigrette sauce.
