Diet Kourampiedes

INGREDIENTS
  • 500 gr. soft butter
  • 500 gr. chopped almond
  • 650 gr. flour
  • 2 tbsp Stevia powder
  • 1.5 kg vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in the air.

Spread a piece of non-stick paper on a tray.

Beat the butter very well until it becomes foamy.

Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and salt in a bowl. Add them to the butter and knead to homogenize. Add the chopped almond and repeat the kneading.

Form the kourabiedaki.

We put them in the pan, keeping them at a distance from each other.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they acquire a slightly golden-brown color.

Take them out of the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes.

We transfer them to a grill and leave them for another 10 minutes.

When they cool, sprinkle them with the stevia powder and they are ready.
