Whole grain spaghetti with avocado pesto

INGREDIENTS
  • 250 gr. spaghetti, wholemeal
  • 2 peeled avocados
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Bukovo
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 gr. cashews
  • fresh basil leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the salt with the pasta in boiling water and cook them according to the instructions on the pasta package.

When they boil, take them out and strain them.

Beat the avocado, olive oil, spices, cashews, basil and chopped garlic in the food processor and beat to homogenize the ingredients.

When the mixture is ready, we transfer it to a bowl, where we mix together with the spaghetti.
