Banana Chocolate Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

For the beans

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1200g black beans boiled
  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of honey
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of paprika
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of cumin

For the guacamole

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 avocados

For serving

  • 8-12 corn or flour tortillas
  • Hot tomato sauce
  • yoghurt
  • Grated cheese of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large pan, heat the oil and add the garlic. Fry the garlic a little and add the beans.

Pour the vinegar, honey and spices together with a little salt. Cook, stirring the ingredients for 5-10 minutes.

In a blender, pour all the ingredients for the guacamole and puree them.

Heat the tortillas.

Serve by putting in each tortilla 1-2 tablespoons of beans, 1 large spoon of guacamole, 1 spoon of hot tomato sauce, 1 spoon of yogurt and some grated cheese.
