INGREDIENTS
- whole wheat tortillas
- canned black beans
- cumin
- paprika
- fresh lime juice
- green onions
- vegan cheese
- guacamole
- lettuce
- cooked brown rice
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain and rinse the black beans. In a bowl, mix them with the paprika, cumin, smoked paprika powder, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add the chopped green onions.
Place a tortilla on a plate. Add some rice to the center of the tortilla. Followed by lettuce, vegan cheese and guacamole.
Fold the sides of the tortilla and wrap the burrito. Then, cut it in half with a sharp knife.
