INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup orzo
- 6 tbsp tahini
- salt and pepper
- lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil 1.5 litres of water.
Boil the orzo for about 10 minutes.
Then put water in a deep dish, and add 2 tbsp hot water in the pot, plus the tahini.
While it’s still hot, add the soup and mix well.
Remove the soup from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Then, stirring, pour the diluted tahini with a spoon and add salt.
