Anchovy in the oven

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kg of anchovy
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dry thyme
  • Olive oil and lemon for serving.

INSTRUCTIONS

Clean the anchovy and place the fillets over baking paper. Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, some lemon and oil and layer with the rest of the anchovy fillets on top.

Bake at 180 C until they are well done.

Serve with thyme and some olive oil.
