Thick fish soup

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 redfish
  • 2 dry onions
  • 2 pumpkins
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 3 liters of water
  • 100 g of olive oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2 lemons

INSTRUCTIONS

First, put all the vegetables in a pot: chopped onions, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkins and celery.

Place the redfish together with the vegetables.

Pour over the olive oil and water, enough to cover the ingredients.

Add salt and pepper and boil with an uncovered pot on high heat for 35'-40'.

After the redfish is boiled, we take it out on a plate.

We search for the fish.

Put all the vegetables in the blender and puree them.

Strain the broth and return it to the pot, along with the pureed vegetables.

Add the fish pieces.

Add lemon, check salt and pepper and serve.
