Beef with lemon sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 kg of beef
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 large onion
  • Olive oil
  • 4-5 medium sized potatoes
  • salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Sauté the beef and then add the onion, salt and pepper. Add the lemon juice and the diced potatoes.

Add water until the potatoes are covered. Close the pot with the lid and boil for 20 minutes.

Open the lid and let it boil for 5 more minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve
