Beef casserole with vegetables

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kg of beef
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 medium zucchinis
  • 1 smashed clove of garlic
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 cup of broth
  • Salt /pepper/oregano

INSTRUCTIONS

Dice the meat in cubes of medium size and put them in a casserole.

Chop the vegetables and add them in the casserole.

Add the olive oil, the spices and mix.

Add the broth.

Cover the casserole and cook in a preheated oven at 180 C for 1 ½ hour. Open the lid and cook for another ½ hour. Add water if needed.
