INGREDIENTS
- 180 gr tahini or cocoa tahini
- 70 gr carob honey
- 140 gr oatmeal
- 20 gr peanuts from Aegina
- 20 gr cashew nuts
- 30 gr cranberries
- 20 gr goji berries
- You can use regular honey instead of carob honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Crush the nuts and chop the cranberries and the goji berries.
Blend half of our oat in a mixer.
Mix the tahini with the carob honey until smooth.
Mix the rest of the ingredients with a spoon.
Combine all ingredients and spread mixture in a pan over plastic membrane.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and cut in pieces of your choosing.
