INGREDIENTS
For the Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup of low-fat yogurt
- 2/3 cup of apple jam
- 1/4 cup of oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ cup of almond milk
For the Garnish
- 2 tablespoons of apple cut in cubes
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 spoon of granola
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixer add all the ingredients for the smoothie and blend them well.
Serve mixture in a bowl and garnish on top.
