Smoothie bowl with apple and cinnamon

INGREDIENTS

For the Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup of low-fat yogurt
  • 2/3 cup of apple jam
  • 1/4 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ cup of almond milk

 

For the Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons of apple cut in cubes
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 spoon of granola

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixer add all the ingredients for the smoothie and blend them well.

Serve mixture in a bowl and garnish on top.
