Oatmeal pancakes

INGREDIENTS
  • Ingredients for 6 pancakes
  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup of 1.5% fat milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the oatmeal, the cinnamon and the salt in a blender and blend them till they turn into a thin powder.

In a bowl, beat the egg whites, the baking powder and the milk. Add the oatmeal powder in the mixture and stir. If the mixture is too thick, add some milk. 

Oil a pan. When well heated, add small portions of the mixture to make small pancakes. Flip them until they are cooked.

Serve them with honey and banana slices.
