INGREDIENTS
- 2 fl. plant-based milk (such as oat or coconut)
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and beat them until they are very well mixed.
We leave the mixture for about four hours.
Place it in the freezer in an airtight container for 1 day.
We can serve our pudding garnished with pieces of fruit, nuts and cinnamon, if we wish!
