Homemade crackers

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for 30 crackers

  • 1 ¾ cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ cup of white flour
  • ¾ teaspoon of Himalayan salt  
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • For the garnish
  • sesame or flaxseed

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven at 180 C.

In a medium sized bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, the white flour, the salt and the olive oil.

On a powdered surface, mold the dough till it becomes very thin.

Put the dough in a baking pan over baking paper and with a fork make small holes on its surface. Cut the dough into square pieces and sprinkle with sesame or flaxseed.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden-brown.
