INGREDIENTS
- 2 potatoes
- 3 small fresh onions
- 1 big onion
- 1 carrot
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 50 gr of white wine
- 400 gr tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cube of vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper
- 500 gr of okra
INSTRUCTIONS
Dice the potatoes in small cubes.
Cut the fresh and dry onion in large pieces.
Chop the garlic and the carrot.
Add all the vegetables in a pot and sauté for 4-5 minutes in olive oil until they become tender. Add the chopped tomatoes, the broth cube, water, salt, pepper, the rest of the spices and the okra and stir.
Close the pot with its lid and lower the heat.
Boil for 30 minutes
