Salmon with vegetables

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 kg of salmon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1-2 table spoons of olive

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven at 200 C in the air function.

Cut the onion in 4 large pieces. Chop the peppers in big pieces. Put all the vegetables at the hot pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Put vegetables in an over pan. Place the salmon over the vegetables and bake for 20-25 minutes.
