Spaghetti salad with capers

INGREDIENTS
  • 200gr of penne spaghetti
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 green olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
  • Some freshly chopped basil
  • 1 spoon of oregano
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the spaghetti.

In a pan, boil the tomatoes in some olive oil on low temperature. When most of the water is evaporated, add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Let them boil for a little and then add the spaghetti. Stir.
