- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp. tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tsp. olive oil soup
- 1 tsp. sweet vanilla
- 1.5 cups of raw peanuts
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 250 gr. sugar-free dark chocolate
- salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place a non-stick baking paper on your tray.
Put the pistachios, almonds and cashews in the pan and roast them for 7 minutes until they take on color. You remove them and leave the oven at the same temperature.
Put the sugar, honey and olive oil in a saucepan and mix them a little and let them come to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla.
Spread the nuts on the non-stick paper. Pour the honey mixture on top and make sure that every surface is covered.
Put the pan in the oven for about 20 minutes. The longer they bake, the harder the bars will be. As soon as you take the pan out of the oven, let the mixture cool and then cut it into bars with a sharp knife.
While the bars are cooling, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and sprinkle them.
