Chinese recipe for fish with vegetables

INGREDIENTS
  • 600 gr of fish, diced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 medium zucchinis. sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 100 gr of small tomatoes, cut in half
  • 3 small onions, cut in large pieces
  • 3 teaspoons of soya sauce (bio, if possible)
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame

INSTRUCTIONS

Dice the fish in cubes. Oil a deep pan or wok or even a large pot, sauté the zucchinis for 2 minutes, while stirring with a wooden spoon.

Add the fish and 1 teaspoon of ginger and continue to stir for 3-4 minutes.

After, add 100 gr of tomatoes, cut in half, the fresh onions and 3 tablespoons of soya sauce.

Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle with sesame and serve with either rice or noodles.
