Black eyed peas salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 500 gr boiled black eyed peas
  • Olive oil
  • ¼ cup of red vinegar
  • 2 fresh onions, chopped
  • 2 red peppers
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all the vegetables and the black eyed peas in a bowl.

Add salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. Mix well and taste for flavor. Serve.
