INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado, cut
- 170 gr tuna
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 lettuce, shredded
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the tuna in a small bowl and smash it with a fork. Add some mayonnaise, a little bit of mustard and some pepper and stir.
Combine the tuna with the vegetables and mix.
In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, the balsamic vinegar and some salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the vegetables and the tuna and serve.
