INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of low-fat yogurt.
- 1/2 of a small melon
- 1/2 a glass of apple juice or apricot
- 1 cup of frozen cherries
- 1 cup of raspberries or blackberries
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the fruit in small pieces. Place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend them until they become homogenous. Add some water if you want your smoothie not to be as thick.
