INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag of couscous
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 dry onion finely chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 glass of extra virgin olive oil
- chicken stock
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the onion, pepper, carrot, zucchini and parsley until soft.
Add the couscous.
Add the hot broth, until the surface of the couscous is covered, and cook over low heat until the juice is absorbed
