Humus made of green peas

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 250 gr of green peas
  • 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of mint (cut)
  • 2 teaspoon of sweat lime juice.
  • Fresh pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large pot boil the peas in salted water for around 10 minutes. Stir and mash them in the blender until it turns into a thick paste. Serve with a baked tortilla, cut in small triangles.
