INGREDIENTS
- 1 garlic clove
- 250 gr of green peas
- 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of mint (cut)
- 2 teaspoon of sweat lime juice.
- Fresh pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot boil the peas in salted water for around 10 minutes. Stir and mash them in the blender until it turns into a thick paste. Serve with a baked tortilla, cut in small triangles.
