Fried potatoes

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kilo of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil
  • 2 sc. garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 kg rosemary
  • 600 gr. grated tomato
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Place a pot on the fire.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces.

Cut the onions into thick pieces and the garlic into slices.

Put the olive oil, onions, garlic in the pot and saute them.

Add the herbs and potatoes and mix.

Add the tomato, water, salt, pepper and mix.

Cover the pot with the lid, lower the heat to medium and cook until the potatoes are soft and the sauce is ready
