Materials
- 4 medium beets
- 2 dry onions
- a few drops of balsamic vinegar
- a few drops of olive oil
- 250 gr. black Eyed Peas
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
For the sos
- 1/3 fl. olive oil
- 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp yogurt 2%
Implementation:
Boil the beets and black-eyed beans, chop the onion and parsley and mix them all together in a bowl. Place in the refrigerator.
