INGREDIENTS
- 200g cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 200g Watermelon without seeds, in small cubes
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley in a bowl that closes, close and shake vigorously to combine the ingredients.
Put in a salad bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, the watermelon, half the manouri, pour over the dressing and mix. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
