INGREDIENTS
- 1 Iceberg
- 6-7 lettuce leaves
- 3-4 slices of melon
- 100gr of grated yellow low-fat cheese of your choice
- A handful of crushed walnuts or other nuts of your choice
- 4-5 slices of smoked or boiled turkey, diced
- Some olive oil
- Some balsamic vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the vegetables and the melon in large pieces and add the rest of the ingredients. It’s that simple!
