Light English breakfast

INGREDIENTS
  • 60 gr. canned beans
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 40 gr. low-fat bacon
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 slice of wholemeal bread
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the mushrooms in a non-stick pan sprinkled with oil and cook on medium to high heat until the undersides are golden brown.

Turn over and cook on the other side and then serve on a warm plate.

Spray the pan again and add the bacon and half the tomatoes and cook until the bacon is browned and the tomato is soft.

Put on the serving plate.

Put the bread in the toaster and put the beans in a microwave oven to warm up for about 1.5 minutes.

Spray the pan again and crack some egg into the pan.

Leave until golden brown on the underside, then carefully, using a wide spatula, flip the egg over and cook on the other side for about 30 seconds.

We serve all the ingredients we have prepared on a plate.
