INGREDIENTS
- 2 sliced chicken breasts
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 tbsp pure virgin olive oil
- 1 red pepper cut into slices
- some lettuce leaves
- black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil and cook the chicken for 5 minutes.
Add pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
Heat the tortillas according to package directions.
Serve the tortillas with lettuce leaves, pepper pieces and chicken pieces.
