INGREDIENTS
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1 tuna can, in water
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- ½ carrot, chopped
- A few arugula and lettuce leaves
- 5-6 small tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons of 2% yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl add the tuna, the yogurt, the mustard, the vinegar and the spices.
Mix them well and add the mixture on top of the tortilla.
Add the vegetables and roll. Serve it with a seasonal salad.
