Dal with red lentils

INGREDIENTS
  • 150 gr. red lentils
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 mL of water
  • 200 mL coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • parsley
  • Salt Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a deep pot over high heat, saute the lentils with the onion and garlic in the olive oil

Cover with water, add salt and pepper, lower the heat and cook the lentils until soft.

Once they are soft, add the coconut milk and all the spices. Stir and cook for another 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley and our dish is ready!
