INGREDIENTS
- 350 gr. beans finely boiled drained
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 fresh onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. soup spoon chopped dill
- 2 tsp. tablespoon chopped parsley
- 40 ml white vinegar + 40 ml lemon juice
- 100 gr. mustard
- 100 ml olive oil
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp capers
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain them and pour them into a deep salad bowl.
Immediately pour the vinegar and oil over them
season with salt and pepper and mix.
Pour the mustard
Add the spring onions, herbs, capers, cherry tomatoes and mix gently.
