INGREDIENTS
- 1 chicken in pieces
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dry onion finely chopped
- 1 bunch of spring onions (with their leaves)
- 3 spring onions
- 1 kilo of endives
- 1 lettuce
- ½ bunch of dill
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the olive oil and the chicken in the pot.
Lightly fry and add the onion.
After about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Cover and bake another 10 minutes.
Wash well and chop the dill, endives and spring onions. We put them in our pot and mix.
Cover for another 10 minutes so that our greens are also cooked.
We also put the lemon juice in our pot, turn off the heat and mix.
