INGREDIENTS
- 2 liters of milk
- 4 tbsp vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the milk in a saucepan over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the vinegar.
Mix with a hand whisk.
We place a nut milk bag (tulle for drainage) over a strainer and carefully pour our mixture in there.
Drain in a bowl by pressing with our hands so that the liquids leave and only the solid part remains in the pan.
Keep the solids in a bowl covered with membrane and store it in the fridge.
