INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of sweet potatoes
- 100 g butter
- 150 mL milk
- thyme
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the sweet potatoes very well. Put them in a pot of cold water and boil for about 45 min until they soften. Then immediately take them out of the boiling water and peel them.
Put them in a bowl and melt them with a puree spoon or a wire whisk while they are hot.
On medium heat, boil the milk for 2 minutes and add the butter, as well as the melted sweet potato puree. Season with salt and pepper while mixing with a spoon until we have the puree height we want.
We add thyme on top as a spice.
