Healthy rice pudding

INGREDIENTS
  • 500 ml of almond milk
  • ½ cup of rice
  • 1 vial vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon of corn flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Rinse the rice and boil it with one cup of water. When most of the water is absorbed, add the milk and stir. Let it cook in low heat for 15 minutes

Add the vanilla and the corn flour dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water. Mix for 3 more minutes

Allow it to cool down and add cinnamon on top.
