Zucchinis and feta cheese cutlets

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 grated zucchinis
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped dill
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of grated low-fat feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup of bread crumps

INSTRUCTIONS

Grate the zucchinis and dry them using a kitchen towel.

Preheat an oven at 190 C and you put a sheet of baking paper to an oven pan.

In a bowl mix the zucchinis, pepper, garlic, olive oil, baking powder, dill, eggs, the feta cheese and the bread crumbs. Shape 16 cutlets and bake for 20 -30 minutes.
